To protect your rights, we clarify the return and exchange policy in the following points: The customer has the right to return or exchange any product ordered from our website within a maximum of 7 days, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition. Upon return of the product, the amount will be transferred to the customer after the product reaches the store and its condition is verified. The customer bears the shipping costs for both directions, which will be deducted from the order value during the transfer. When exchanging a product for another, the difference in the price between the previous product and the new product will be transferred, in addition to the customer bearing the shipping fees. In case of a manufacturing defect or damage to the product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, and we will arrange for the product to be replaced, with all costs covered by our site after verifying the product's condition.
